- Oversees HR functions of Recruitment & Selection
- Recruitment & Selection: Job posting, pre-employment, work passes administration, onboarding and contract preparation
- Take charge of foreign employees’ entry matters
- Prepares monthly reports: security bonds and forecast quota etc.
- Upkeeps Human Resource Information System, policies and procedures
- Provide HR advices in accordance to regulations from Ministry of Manpower, Building and Construction Authority (BCA) and other relevant government agencies
- Act as Safe Management Officer for general workplace setting
- Administrative works such as filing and keeping records of employees’ records
- Any other duties assigned
