Responsibilities:
- Establish strong rapport with customers through effective communications and problem resolution
- Liaison with various support departments (Accounts & Finance, Air & Sea Operations and Sales) to process daily schedule of incoming and outgoing stock or 3rd party
- Liaison with customers on transport arrangement for goods delivery and generate delivery orders
- Arrange for import and export shipments (if any)
- Generate daily inventory report for checking
- Generate monthly customers’ inventory report for customers’ verifications
- Perform stock take on a monthly basis to ensure accurate stock inventory in the warehouse; to rectify the problem should any discrepancies occur
- Support all administrative issues, ie billing, monthly report, verification of Supplier’s invoices
- Perform other ad-hoc projects or duties as and when required
Requirements:
- Diploma in Logistics Management / Supply Chain / Business Administration
- Minimum 2 years of related working experience
- Able to work in a multi-cultural environment and with people of all levels
- Meticulous and possess positive attitude
- Good sense of urgency
- Good verbal and written communication skills in English
- Flexible and adaptable
- Proficient in computer skills - MS Word, Power Point, Excel
