Responsibilities
- Manage and update corporate information across digital platforms (i.e. website, social media and intranet);
- Manage award timeline and submissions;
- Write and copyedit department publications (namely, newsletter, brochures, eDM, award submissions, web articles and press releases);
- Assist in development and production of brand content (namely, corporate videos, podcast episodes and social media content);
- Engage and liaise with media contacts on press opportunities, and submit project materials to external publications;
- Assist in digital media data collation and analysis;
- Provide operational and administrative support for the department.
Requirements
- A diploma or degree in English, Mass Communications or equivalent;
- Minimum 3 years of experience in relevant field;
- Good command of spoken and written in English;
- Some knowledge/experience in podcast/video post-production.
