Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct diagnostic imaging services, including X-rays and mammograms, following hospital procedures.
- Uphold safety protocols and provide clear explanations to patients about procedures.
- Maintain high standards in imaging quality and patient comfort.
- Perform rotational on-call duties, providing after-hours support when needed.
- Participate in daily equipment quality assurance checks to ensure optimal performance.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Applied Science (Radiography) or Diploma in Radiography from a recognized institution.
- AHPC (Allied Health Professions Council) license is a must.
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in diagnostic imaging.
- Expertise in subspecialties like CT, MRI, Ultrasound, or Mammography is an advantage.
- Strong communication and patient interaction skills, with a working knowledge of PACS.
Additional Requirements:
- Ability to work a 5.5-day week with rotational on-call responsibilities.
