Job Description
- The incumbent must be mature and able to accept multi-tasking and general administrative roles.
- To provide front-line help desk with good attitude & excellent customer service.
- Manage technical & servicing details and gives support to on-site Supervisors & Line Managers. Accuracy of updating & maintaining database of stock control & consumables record.
- Good track of filing system and liaison with varies departments for purchase orders and invoices.
- Providing first line of contact and response to customer’s help desk calls.
- Inputting technical and servicing details into computer system and liaising with contract supervisors to expedite service response.
- Implementing stock control and consumables records.
- Organizing schedules to maximize available resources and ensure service levels are met.
- Develop and maintain all general filing, cost control and procedures as may be required.
- Liaison with accounts/purchasing departments to ensure correct processing of all purchase orders and invoicing
Requirements
- Proven experience in an administrative role or similar.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with office management procedures and basic accounting principles is a plus.
