Working Hours: Mondays to Fridays: 7.00am to 4.30pm
Job Description
- Answering phone calls and attending walk-in enquiries/requests from students, visitors and suppliers in the General Office.
- Maintain sickbay records and taking care of students at sickbay. including early dismissal of students due to medical reasons
- Manage lost and found items
- Send/Mail letters and documents to students and parents
- Tidy and maintain cleanliness around the reception area
- Assist with paperwork for any student-related activities and events
- Data entry on the computer
- Perform other related administrative duties as required
- Requirement
- General Certificate of Education (GCE) Normal (Academic/Technical) level (3 subjects including English)
- At least three (3) years’ experience as Receptionist with administration experience in a school environment.
- General computer skills (Microsoft Office applications)
- Basic knowledge of first aid
