Position Overview: We are looking for a creative and strategic Marketing Manager to lead our marketing initiatives. This role will involve developing and executing innovative marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and sales growth across both travel retail and e-commerce channels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Marketing Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies that align with company goals and target market needs, focusing on both online and offline platforms.
- Brand Development: Enhance brand positioning and identity through compelling storytelling and creative campaigns that resonate with our target audience.
- Digital Marketing Management: Oversee digital marketing efforts, including social media, email marketing, SEO, and online advertising, to drive traffic and engagement.
- Market Research & Analysis: Conduct market research to identify trends, consumer preferences, and competitive insights to inform marketing strategies and product development.
- Campaign Management: Plan and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns, monitoring performance and optimizing based on data-driven insights.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and customer service, to ensure cohesive marketing efforts and effective product launches.
- Partnership Development: Build relationships with travel retail partners and online platforms to explore promotional opportunities and collaborations.
- Budget Management: Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources to achieve maximum ROI.
- Reporting: Prepare regular reports on marketing performance and key metrics to present to senior management, making recommendations for improvement.
- Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of 4 to 5 marketing professionals, promoting a culture of creativity and accountability.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum 8 years of marketing experience, preferably in the FMCG or confectionery sectors.
- Proven experience in both digital and traditional marketing channels.
- Strong analytical skills with a data-driven mindset.
