Job Duties/Scope
- · Ensure ingredients and cooked food are fresh.
- · Follow recipes
- · Prepare, cut food ingredients.
- · Bake, steam, boil, fry meats, vegetables, fish and other food ingredients
- · Keep work area clean and safe.
- · Keep handling utensils, equipment and dishes clean.
- · Check quality and freshness of ingredients.
- · Accommodate customers’ special requests, where possible.
- · Operate kitchen equipment such as fryers, ovens etc.
- · Oversee kitchen operations.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of relevant working experience.
- Responsible and diligent.
- Able to work well under pressure.
