Job Specifications (Accounts Executive)
· Handle full set of accounts, including account payable, account receivable, bank conciliation and Fixed Assets Register.
· Responsible for customer payments collection including GIRO collections and cash to ensuring the accuracy of all AR postings.
· Supplier billing matching, checking and invoice posting in accounting system and payment process.
· Operate day-to-day finance operations.
· Prepare and compute GST tax quarterly for submission to tax authority.
. Prepare Salary and CPF payments.
. Reconcile the monthly bank statements.
. Review and create entries for payment in the bank
· Perform any other duties as assigned.
