Assistant Key Account Manager, Guardian & Watsons Channels - Skincare, Beauty and Wellness category (Up to SGD 5,000)

You will be responsible for:
- Collaborate with Sales Manager (SM) to recruit qualified salespeople and deliver sales volume, distribution, and in-store fundamentals for Guardian and Watsons channels.
- Train new sales executives and implement business improvement strategies.
- Work with the commercial management team to develop and implement sales and marketing strategies.
- Ensure effective route-to-market execution by communicating strategies with team members.
- Close deals to ensure long-term business success and profitability.
- Negotiate promotional, visibility, and distribution plans, listing ambitions, and trading term renewals.
- Encourage a data-driven mindset to inform decision-making.
- Identify gaps in current practices and propose commercially viable solutions.
You will be required to have:
- Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience in an FMCG environment covering Guardian/Watsons channel is a must
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Creative problem-solving abilities.
- Meticulous, mature, and tactful personality with integrity.
- Self-driven and a team player
