Job Description:
- Measurements of Building Works;
- Prepare and monitor monthly progress claims to clients / main contractors;
- Valuation of interim payments for subcontractors;
- Responsible of project cost estimation and monitoring;
- All contract administration, correspondences and documentation works;
- Preparation of site documentation including risk assessment, safe work procedure, fall prevention plan etc.
- Any other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned from time to time or on ad-hoc basis.
- Attend meetings/ site meetings with Main -Contractor
Requirements:
- Diploma / Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, or a related field.
- Entry level candidates
- Ability to converse in Mandarin and English.
Working Hour:
- 5days (9.00am - 6.00pm)
