Responsibilities:
- Monitors and identify IT System anomalies 24x7, and performs resolution or escalation to relevant parties. Perform basic administration on the facility booking system.
- ITSM Incident and Service Request tickets handling.
- Perform various types of Level 1 tasks including but not limited to deploying batch scripts,verifying system status, troubleshooting, preparing reports, patching, packaging software, etc.
- Follow documented procedures for incident management, service request, remote access,escalation matrix, etc.
- Create, maintain and update SOP documentations.
- Utilize and master the tools and resources provided by the organization to effectively performjob responsibilities.
- Ensures operational availability of the secured Remote Admin facility and server room.
- Participate in pre- and post- power maintenance whenever there is a planned outage for thebuilding.
- Perform onboarding of new customers (eg. briefing, issuance of equipment)
- Perform information security validation of customers entering the facility
- Coordinate with Stakeholders whenever required
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Responsibilities
- Degree / Diploma in Electrical / Electronic / Computer Engineering / Information System
- Minimum of 1 year working experience within NOC environment is preferred.
- Possess basic working knowledge and hands-on experience in Server and Network administration and/or equivalent in other platforms.
- Be scheduled for standby to cover shifts in case of team members' unforeseen leave.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good written and verbal command of written English.
- Able to follow documented work instructions and procedures.
