Job Description
- Performing administrative duties related to logistics, inventory management, and arrangement of diamonds.
- Updating and maintaining Excel spreadsheets.
- Carrying out ad hoc assignments as directed by the team leader.
- Executing general office duties to support day-to-day operations.
- Handling laser engraving tasks, with training provided by us.
- Assisting in-store operations, including client servicing for repairs and collections.
- Conducting quality checks on jewellery to ensure proper setting and polishing.
- Inspecting diamond melees for quality assurance.

- Attention to Detail: The candidate must demonstrate meticulousness and strong observational skills to uphold our high-quality standards.
- Good Eyesight: Excellent vision is essential for inspecting intricate details in jewellery pieces.
- Communication Skills: Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Chinese is a plus for effective client interaction.
- Administrative Efficiency: The role involves managing basic administrative functions, including order tracking, repair scheduling, and client collections.
- Presentable and Professional: The candidate should maintain a polished and professional appearance as they will interact with clients during collections, repairs, and cleaning services.
- Client-Focused: Providing exceptional customer service to handle inquiries and requests in a timely and professional manner is crucial.
- Willingness to Learn Engraving: Candidates must be open to receiving training in ring engraving.
Job Specifications:
- Work Schedule: 6-day work week with mandatory weekend shifts; days off will be on weekdays.
- Hours: 9:30 AM - 8 PM (Monday to Saturday) and 9:30 AM - 7 PM (Sunday).
