Job responsibilities:
- Source and purchase materials/equipment
- Liaise with vendors and monitor purchase order schedules
- Reconcile vendors' delivery orders (DO) with purchase orders (PO)
- Perform other assigned purchasing duties
- Use the purchasing system in Microsoft Navision
Job Requirements:
- Minimum 'O' Level or equivalent
- 1 to 2 years of relevant experience preferred, but fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Email
- Experience with Microsoft Navision is an advantage
- Strong coordination and communication skills
