Job Responsibilities:
- Promotes and reinforces essential behaviors and minimum standards to secure commitment from staff, supervisors, and managers in delivering excellent Quality, Service, and Cleanliness (QSC) standards
- Conducts interviews, On-the-Job Evaluations (OJEs), and trains restaurant managers in alignment with district needs and objectives
- Provides support, coaching, and consultation to ensure all assigned restaurants are adequately staffed, maximizing sales potential while minimizing employee turnover
- Educates, enforces, and consults with all restaurant employees regarding relevant HR policies, labor laws, and safety procedures
- Supports, coaches, and recognizes the achievements of all restaurant staff levels, contributing to their development
- Safeguards brand by ensuring restaurants comply with QSC, safety, and sanitation standards through consultation and coaching
- Advises the General Manager on critical systems that maintain consistently high QSC levels within the restaurants
- Represents the company's interests in the local community and effectively executes market-wide promotions
- Utilizes available informational resources to identify business opportunities and threats, developing a strategic plan to optimize market potential
- Collaborates with the General Manager to ensure restaurants are staffed with qualified personnel and to manage and control the district budget effectively
Job Requirement(s)
- Bachelor of Food Science or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in F&B Industry
- Comfortable to work in non-halal environment
- Willing to commit for shift work
