As a Global Business Development Manager, you will expand regional market presence, foster strategic partnerships, and drive projects in sustainable energy. This dynamic role focuses on market expansion, land acquisitions, and project execution while collaborating with international government authorities.

Key Responsibilities:
- Business Development / Market Expansion: Identify and analyze new land opportunities (globally) for sustainable energy, forge strong partnerships, and create strategies for market entry
- Partnerships & Negotiations: Build relationships with global stakeholders and secure project permits and documentation.
- Project Management: Oversee projects from feasibility studies to final execution, ensuring regulatory compliance and timely delivery.
- Leadership & Collaboration: Lead cross-functional teams to drive innovation and success
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Bachelor's in Engineering Management or related field
- More than 5 years in renewable energy business development and project management in a global business setting
- Proven track record in managing high-impact, large-scale projects with international reach
- Strong understanding of the global renewable energy landscape, including familiarity in regulatory environments, technological advancements, andrenewable energy and environmental conservation industry trends
- Proven leadership, negotiation, and cross-functional team management skills
- Exceptional negotiation and communication skills
- Frequent international travel is required for land evaluations and/or meetings with government authorities
