JOB DESCRIPTION
· Oversees the full set of accounts and the accounts team
· Manages company cash flows as well as AR & AP aging
· Preparation and checking of management reports
. Work on the WIP (work in progress)
· GST and tax reporting
· Liaison with the auditors, company secretary, banks, Government agencies and inter-departments
· Assists in Government grant applications
· Advises the management on financial matters
JOB REQUIREMENTS
· Degree or Diploma in Accounting
· Experience with full set of accounts using computerized accounting system
· Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel (Synergix ERP preferred)
· Minimum 3 years in similar capacity
· Team player with strong analytical and interpersonal skills
· Effective in verbal and written communication
· Able to multi-task
