Job Responsibilities:
- Manages the daily operations of the outlet, ensuring strict adherence to health, safety, food handling, and hygiene regulations.
- Motivates the team and fosters open communication between staff and management.
- Responsible for recruiting and training staff members.
- Coordinates and supervises staff scheduling.
- Ensures a high level of customer satisfaction, addressing and resolving any customer issues or complaints.
- Oversees and maintains stock inventory levels.
- Prepares and submits daily sales reports.
Job Requirement(s)
- Bachelor of Food Science or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in F&B Industry
- Comfortable to work in non-halal environment
- Willing to commit for shift work
