JD:
- Research and source for partners and event suppliers for events
- Be the primary contact for event leads for home location(s)
- Oversee logistics, including vendor coordination, on-site setup, and tear down to ensure all events run smoothly and efficiently
- Support monthly community events
- Ensuring SOPs are updated for home location(s)
- Carry out on-site event management across all locations
- Assist in managing the event inventory and equipment across all locations
Requirement:
- Have a qualification in Events Management, Marketing, Hospitality, Business Management or the equivalent
- Minimum 1 year experience in Event Management
- Proven track record in event organisation and delivery
