Job Description:
- Responsible for each client’s career development progress including but not limited to identifying career passion, defining training strategies, advising industry mentors, and generating progress reports.
- Oversee and manage the programme operations team to ensure clients’ enquiries are resolved promptly and professionally.
- Understand industry mentors’ expertise, and manage the mentor community to identify star mentors and recruit new mentors.
- Conduct research and consult with mentors to continuously improve the programme curriculum and operational processes.
- Provide insights to sales and marketing teams to better position the programme among target customers.
Requirement:
- Bachelor and above degree
- At least 3 years of professional experience in Singapore is a must, previous work exposure in career coaching, counselling, human resources, recruitment & executive placement and HR training & development in financial industry
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in both English and Chinese are required
- Prior experience in curriculum design and career coaching is preferred
- Enjoy talking to young talents and determined to develop their careers
