About the Team :
The global Monetization Integrity team ensures TikTok users have a safe experience while viewing advertisements. They work closely with advertisers to create ad policies, manage content review processes, and more. As we continue to add advertising on TikTok, this team is critical in assuring a joyful and creative ads experience for the community.
Responsibilities :
- Building, developing, and measuring performance of key metrics to generate insights
Conducting data-driven research to resolve reported problems to determine their root cause using internal tools.
- Providing data-centric recommendations to stakeholders on how to solve business problems and to help them make holistic decisions.
- Defining, structuring and summarising large amounts of qualitative and quantitative data into digestible information for all types of audiences via reports, dashboards, and interactive visualisation.
- Collaborating with key stakeholders on various data science and content integrity quality management projects
- Leading communication both internally and externally, ensures the good running of various quality improvement workflows and workstreams with project management carried out
- Providing thought Project Management Capability to the wider MI team, evangelizing cross-functional collaboration and owning a number of shared goals with partner teams.
Qualifications
- Minimum Qualifications:
- 5 years of experience working in program or project management.
- Experience in program management on cross-functional projects.
- Working experience in content moderation and enforcement quality or similar domains.
- Experience in leading data-driven projects.
- Experience in providing data insights and analytical skills with SQL
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience of working on UGC or PGC products.
- Ability to communicate effectively with leadership, managers, and peers.
- Experience working in ambiguity, achieving results in a fast-paced environment, and continually adapting to changing business needs
