The Head of Solutions is a strategic leader responsible for overseeing the development, implementation, and optimization of innovative solutions that meet clients' needs and drive business growth. This role involves close collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure solutions align with company objectives, client expectations, and market trends. The Head of Solutions also manages a team of solution architects, analysts, and other key roles to deliver high-quality services and products.


Key Responsibilities

  1. Solution Development and StrategyLead the design, development, and deployment of end-to-end solutions that align with business goals and client requirements.
    Define the solutions roadmap, set project timelines, and ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
    Conduct market research and analyze competitor offerings to keep solutions innovative and competitive.
  2. Client Engagement and Relationship ManagementAct as the primary point of contact for clients to understand their needs, define project scopes, and provide high-quality solutions.
    Present solutions, product enhancements, and services to clients, addressing any technical or business concerns.
    Build strong, trusting relationships with clients, ensuring client satisfaction and loyalty.
  3. Cross-Functional CollaborationWork closely with the Sales, Product, and Technical teams to align solutions with company offerings and improve service delivery.
    Collaborate with marketing to develop go-to-market strategies for new and existing solutions.
    Ensure all stakeholders are informed and aligned with the solutions' development, milestones, and deliverables.
  4. Team Leadership and DevelopmentLead, mentor, and manage the solutions team, providing guidance on projects and professional development.
    Encourage a culture of innovation, collaboration, and high performance within the solutions team.
    Identify and recruit new talent to enhance the team’s capabilities and ensure alignment with company objectives.
  5. Project Management and Process ImprovementOversee solution project management, including planning, scheduling, resource allocation, and risk management.
    Develop and implement best practices, methodologies, and frameworks to optimize solution delivery and quality.
    Identify process bottlenecks and implement improvements to increase efficiency and customer satisfaction.
  6. Financial OversightManage the solutions team’s budget, including project costs, resource allocation, and expense tracking.
    Ensure projects are financially viable and aligned with company revenue targets.
    Analyze project profitability and ROI, reporting findings and recommendations to senior management.

Key Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
  • 7-10 years of experience in solution development, project management, or similar roles, with at least 3 years in a leadership position.
  • Proven track record of managing and delivering complex, multi-phase solutions.
  • Strong understanding of industry trends, technologies, and client needs.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum).
  • Strategic mindset with excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

  • Revenue growth and profitability of solutions.
