Job Description:

  • Assist in the recruitment process, from job posting and candidate sourcing to conducting interviews and coordinating with hiring managers.
  • Handle applications, renewals, and cancellations of work passes in the compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for work pass matters, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
  • Use Info-Tech software to manage HR functions, including e-attendance, leave applications, and claims submissions.
  • Assist staff with the use of the Info-Tech systems, troubleshooting any issues and coordinating with relevant teams for support as needed.
  • Manage end-to-end onboarding and offboarding processes, including preparing necessary documents, conduction tours, and handling exit formalities.
  • Provide an orientation tour to all new hires, familiarizing them with the company culture, facilities, and key personnel.
  • Prepare and distribute company memos and communications in both English and Chinese to ensure clear and effective communication across all levels.
  • Support general office administration tasks as needed.
  • Assist in organizing company festive events and celebrations, coordinating venues, and materials to promote team engagement and a positive workplace culture.

Job Requirement:

  • MiDiploma in human resources, Business Administration or a related filed.
  • 1-2 years of HR experience including recruitment.
  • Proficiency in Info-Tech software is required.
  • Strong proficiency in MS Office.
  • Bilingual in English and Chinese, with the ability to prepare written communications in both languages.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with staff at all levels.
