Job Description:
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Creating and configuring connection properties in Coupa to enable integration to Oracle ERP system, and test the connection to ensure it’s configured successfully
- Create business functionality test cases, working with Procurement, Finance, Coupa and Oracle teams, and delivering testing scripts for Invoices, Expense Reports, Supplier and Budget
- Identify testing resources and dates
- Create and review integration test cases, working with Procurement, Finance, Coupa and Oracle teams.
- Ensure data is properly mapped and integrated from Coupa to the new ERP system and vice versa
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure effective and successful integration outcomes.
- Provide updates on integration timelines, testing outcomes
- Provide training support to ensure successful implementation of UAT programs
Job Requirements:
- Possess solid grasp of technical architecture concepts
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word and Power Apps
- Experience of using e-Procurement system will be a plus
- Candidate should have a good understanding of e-Procurement tools (e.g. Coupa, Ariba, I-valua, etc.), and preferably deep understanding of Coupa core system and its customisations
- Experience in integration testing
- Bachelor’s degree as a minimum academic qualification
- 2+ years experience within system integrations – preferably both API and flat files
