Enviroment: Dormitory
· Conduct patrols to monitor and prevent security breaches, theft, and accidents.
· Maintain a visible presence to enforce safety measures and deter potential threats.
· Investigate suspicious activities and respond to alarms promptly.
· Control access to the property and monitor employee and visitor movement according to established procedures.
· Enforce laws and regulations applicable to the property and report any violations.
· Take necessary actions to confront unauthorized individuals and violators of security protocols.
· Conduct regular checks of the property for maintenance issues and safety hazards.
· Collaborate with relevant authorities to address unlawful activities or emergencies.
· Prepare accurate written reports detailing daily activities, observations, and incidents.
· Inspect and test fire and security systems to ensure functionality.
· Implement emergency response plans as needed.
· Reports activities of residents pertaining to drug abuse, theft, alcohol intoxication, violence, peddling of contraband cigarettes.
· Updating of dormitory room list upon on-boarding and off boarding of workers.
· Report violation of dormitory house rules and files incident reports.
Job Requirements:
· Possess O Level or N Level or High school diploma or equivalent.
· Knowledge of state laws and regulations related to security.
· Familiarity with security operations and safety practices.
· Understanding of enforcement policies and procedures.
· Knowledge of safety equipment usage.
· Clean criminal history.
· Driving licence with own vehicle.
· Strong attention to detail and observation skills.
· Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
· Demonstrated integrity and moral character.
· Reliability and dependability in fulfilling duties.
· Ability to remain calm and react effectively in emergencies and high-stress situations.
· Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
· Able to work night shift.
· Ability to meet physical requirements of the position.
