Job Description:
- Identify and generate new leads through networking, prospecting, and following up on marketing leads.
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations tailored to meet customer needs.
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Coordinate with the sales team to respond to customer requests and issues promptly.
- Prepares and deliver sales quotes, purchase orders, delivery orders.
- Follow up and track various metrics related to sales and projects.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of our products, services, and industry trends.
- Maintain records of client interactions and sales activities.
- Other ad hoc duties as assigned by management.
Requirement:
- High school diploma or equivalent, additional sales or customer service training is a plus.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in both English and Chinese to support bilingual customer interactions.
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, or a related field is advantageous but not required.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks effectively.
