As a Salesforce Consumer Goods Cloud Consultant, you'll play a pivotal role in helping businesses leverage the power of Salesforce to streamline their operations, enhance customer experiences, and drive growth within the consumer goods industry. You'll work closely with clients to understand their unique needs and challenges, then design and implement tailored Salesforce solutions that address their specific requirements.
Responsibilities
- Client Engagement: Build strong relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor and understanding their business objectives, pain points, and desired outcomes.
- Solution Design: Analyze client requirements and industry best practices to develop comprehensive Salesforce solutions that align with their strategic goals.
- Implementation: Oversee the implementation of Salesforce projects, ensuring adherence to project timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Configuration: Configure Salesforce applications to meet client-specific needs, including CRM, sales, service, marketing, and commerce modules.
- Data Migration: Manage data migration processes, ensuring accurate and efficient transfer of data from legacy systems to Salesforce.
- Training and Adoption: Develop and deliver training programs to empower clients to effectively use Salesforce and maximize its benefits.
- Ongoing Support: Provide ongoing support and maintenance to ensure the continued success of Salesforce implementations.
Profile
- Minimum Bachelors Degree in IT or Computer Science
- Minimum 8-10 years of experience in Salesforce
- Proven experience as a Salesforce Consultant or similar role within the consumer goods industry.
- Hands on experience with Salesforce Cloud, Sales Cloud or Service Cloud, with Consumer Goods Cloud or 1 of the other Industrial Cloud is must
- Experience with Salesforce Lightning, Einstein Analytics, and other advanced Salesforce features
- Strong technical skills, including Salesforce configuration, data migration, and integration.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively with clients and team members.
- Problem-solving and analytical skills to identify challenges and develop innovative solutions.
- Project management skills to oversee project timelines, budgets, and deliverables.
- Knowledge of industry-specific regulations and compliance requirements.
