Facilitation of day-to-day studio operations:
- Ensure smooth daily studio operations, customers coordination, and facility maintenance.
- Interview, recruit and supervise studio staff, including instructors.
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and fostering positive relationships.
- Gather and address client feedback and concerns for continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with marketing teams on promotional activities to attract new clients.
- Maintain the cleanliness of the studios.
- Monitor and manage studio inventory, supplies, and equipment.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and enforce studio policies and procedures.
Requirements:
- Passionate about wellness and holistic health.
- Previous experience in a gym or yoga studio is a plus.
- Enjoy working with people and as part of a team.
- Good communication skills.
- Detail-oriented and organized.
- Flexible and adaptable, able to work split shifts.
- 5.5 days work week.
- 8am to 1pm, 4.30pm to 8.30pm (Off on weekdays)
