Kitchen Cook

We are a Japanese themed cafe located in the heart of CBD, Raffles Place. Our cafe only operates during office hours, offers competitive salary, staff benefits and easily accessible from any location.

Roles and responsibilities.

1. To be responsible for all work related to the kitchen.
2. To prepare food ingredients as accurately as possible to minimise wastage.
3. To prepare and cook food according to instructions in a timely manner.
4. To ensure kitchen area is well-kept and all equipment are washed, cleaned and arrange neatly.
5. To assist in daily stocktake and inventory management related to the kitchen.
6. Take out rubbish and dispose as per instructions.
7. Assist with the tea bar operations when requested by Store Manager.
8. To participate in all training programs relevant to the company’s businesses.
9. Communicate well and work harmoniously with all team members.

Requirements

1. At least 1 year experience working in a kitchen environment.
2. Must have experience in food preparation.
3. Must have experience cooking and plating of food.
4. Have some experience in service operations such as cashiering and serving customer.
5. Advantage to also have drinks preparation experience.
