What You’ll Be Doing:
- You’ll be the right hand to lead teachers, helping create a space where kids feel safe, heard, and free to explore.
- Get involved in their day-to-day, from guiding them through routines to being a steady presence when things get tricky.
- Help set up and keep the learning areas engaging, where kids can just be themselves and dive into new experiences.
- Build meaningful relationships whether it’s with the kids, your team, or parents. Good communication and trust make all the difference.
What We’re Looking For:
- Minimally a Fundamentals Certificate in Early Childhood Care and Education
- Someone who enjoys being around kids and brings a calm, supportive vibe.
