To support Corporate Banking Team in sales solutions and service the payment and cash management, coordinate with internal stakeholders and clients on all payment service and cash management business requirements, ensure client satisfaction.
Sales Pitch:
- Joint client visits with Relationship Managers to promote and publicise cash management products include but not limited to GMB functions, Fixed Deposit, Foreign Exchange requests, Global/TWD pay and Remittance.
- Deep dive into targeted customers, formulate sales plans, review and track pricing regularly, and achieve branch goals.
- Collaborate with the BU team to set target customer groups for cash management business and tools, visit customers, and develop opportunities together.
- Periodically, run incentive and pricing programs for targeted customers to increase average deposits.
- Shared branch targets with RMs to achieve number of new accounts, NII deposits, total effective deposit customers and average deposit etc.
Product Implementation:
- In charge of global product penetration.
- Feedback user experience and market information to the product PM, assist in product optimization and innovation, and provide promotional opinions on the product transaction process and content.
- Frontline education and training on cash management business to ensure that BUs have basic professional knowledge.
Transaction management:
- Maintain high service standards for corporate banking customers and ensure end-to-end daily transactions meet client satisfaction.
- Identify potential customers to grow average deposits and increase NII from deposits.
- Communicate with the cross-department to discuss transaction related application forms and policies.
Requirement:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance or any related discipline
- At least 5 years’ of cash operations experience in corporate banking line
