Brief summary: WW Finance Lead for (APJ EMEA and AMS) for Communications and Technology Group.
Responsibilities:
- Lead a regional finance team to provide strong financial partnership to business leaders and keep a quality of compliance with accounting principles, analytical skills, business application skills, etc.
- Manage various projects such as the launch of financial systems (Anaplan, Power BI, SAP), new process set up(Flash about sales compensation, Balance Sheet review, Monthly/Quarterly closing review, Procurement process for Project vendor, etc.) and many IT service project finance review with well-understood project management skills and IT services and outsourcing business.
- Providing complex financial analysis for a financial function or a business, exercising a solid understanding of the business to determine the best method for achieving objectives.
- Lead regional yearly financial budget setting and lead the budget mitigation plan with various initiatives such as Margin improvement plan, cost effectiveness, regular project margin review, delivery transformation.
- Country specific strategies such as country resources planning in China, cost model improvement in Japan, Business Delivery transformation project, etc.
- Manage regional (China, India, Japan, and Asia-Pacific, EMEA and AMS) financial performance for Communication Technology Group.
- Manage the financial budget setup process, report the financial results to leadership, set the project labour pricing, service project financial risk, credit and collection, financial transactions.
- Consult with business leaders to guide and influence strategic decision-making within a financial management scope.
- Lead business initiatives and coach financial analysts across multiple sub-functions.
- Monitor monthly actual spending of business expenses and analyse the running rate of each country in APJ.
- Review the sales performance and control the sales compensation. Review and give financial guide about issued project (ex, project penalty issue, delivery delay, cost overrun, contract Terms’ and condition’s consulting)
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree.
- 15 - 20 years of relevant experience.
- Project Management Professional (PMP).
