Assistant Director of Nursing
Location: HQ Tampines
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Assistant Director of Nursing to join our team. In this role, you will assist the Director of Nursing in various key areas, including:
Key Responsibilities:
- Approving nursing operational and budget work plans.
- Determining nursing service standards to ensure safe care for residents.
- Developing emergency response plans in alignment with organizational direction and collaborating with relevant departments for national emergencies.
- Driving operational process improvements.
- Identifying, developing, coaching, and mentoring high-potential nursing staff for key leadership positions.
- Managing manpower resources and providing consultation to stakeholders on recruitment and retention strategies.
- Setting directions, targets, and work plans that align with organizational priorities.
Job Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Nursing.
- A minimum of 10 years of experience in leading and managing nursing functions.
