Key Responsibilities:
- Sales & Customer Service: Greet and assist walk-in customers, providing expert advice on bicycle selection and accessories.
Handle after-sales services, including maintenance inquiries and follow-up with customers.
- Store Operations: Manage daily store operations, ensuring a clean, organized, and well-stocked sales floor.
Implement and maintain store policies and procedures to optimize efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Warehouse Management: Oversee inventory management, including stock levels, ordering, and receiving new products.
Manage the warehouse to ensure smooth flow of goods and efficient stock handling.
- Weekend Commitment: Ability to commit to working one day every weekend to accommodate peak customer traffic.
Qualifications:
- Strong knowledge of bicycles, components, and cycling gear.
- Proven experience in retail, preferably in the bicycle or sports industry.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Experience with store and warehouse management.
- Ability to lead a team and manage day-to-day operations efficiently.
- Willingness to work weekends (one weekend day required).
