1. Ability to develop, configure and maintain IBM Content Navigator and IBM Case Manager
2. Minimum hand on experience of two to three FileNet Projects.
3. Having basic knowledge on Customizing the widgets.
4. Implementing modern programming languages such as JAVA and J2EE.

5. Very Good knowledge on deploying the artifacts in all environments.

2.Understand complex data flows to define and execute technical strategies.
3. Work with large scale enterprise IBM P8 Architectures for installations, build and document business requirements.
4. Exposure to Web Standards and Dojo in designing and developing Web based UI modules
Troubleshooting and performing root cause analysis on application and web servers to diagnose issues and rectify them.
