Associate Director, Regional Marketing
Position Overview:
This role will play a critical role in supporting the AP markets in executing launch planning efforts, competitive readiness activities, and the commercial implementation of the global brand strategy for our pneumococcal portfolio, across in-line and Pipeline products viz VAXNEUVANCE, CAPVAXIVE, and RSV. The primary focus will be on driving the launch acceleration and excellence of PCV vaccines across the AP countries and ensuring state-of-the-art launch execution in each key market with a particular focus on the awareness of healthcare providers and consumers.

Working in the AP Vaccines team you will be responsible for supporting the AP markets in framing business needs and executing strategies that contribute to the success of our PCV & RSV vaccine franchise. This role offers the chance to make a significant impact by driving launch readiness and supporting the commercial implementation of the global brand strategy.
Key Roles & Responsibilities:
This role is a critical member of the PCV team which is focusing on launch execution of Vaxneuvance Capvaxive, and RSV and the translation of global strategy into action together with markets and regions.
Market Engagement:
- Collaborate closely with local teams in priority markets as well as regional teams to ensure alignment with the global brand strategy.
- Prepare markets for anticipated competition by participating in competitive simulation workshops and implementing commercial strategies to defend against competition.
Support Launch Readiness and Execution:
- Work with the team to drive standardization of launch plans across key Company markets and regions.
- Provide support to the market/regions in the development of launch plans and go-to-market strategy.
- Foster strong alignment across regional and local cross-functional teams, driving uptake of our pneumococcal conjugate vaccine in partnership with key stakeholders.
- Collaborate with key markets and regions to ensure all commercial activities necessary for the successful launch and full potential of the vaccine are in place and well tracked.
- Contribute to the development of Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) to track commercial activities and progress towards business aspirations.
Leadership Excellence:
- Forge deep relationships across the enterprise and become a well-respected partner within the vaccines and commercial organization, collaborating closely with the HHI PCV team, global teams, Company stakeholders, and key markets.

Qualifications:
Education Minimum Requirement:
- Required: Bachelor's Degree (BA/BS).
- Preferred: Master's Degree (MA/MS/MBA).
Required Experience and Skills:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in local, regional, and/or global commercial functions, including marketing, product management, or market access (or equivalent roles).
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
- Demonstrated leadership and management skills, collaborating effectively with diverse stakeholders, even without a direct reporting relationship.
- Strategic and innovative thinker with a strong learning orientation and a drive for personal excellence.
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to deliver compelling presentations.
- Proficient in processing, integrating, and succinctly communicating large amounts of information, including comfort with data analytics and data-driven decision making.
- Strong organizational and project management skills with a proven ability to drive results while upholding the highest standards of ethics and integrity.
