Job Description
• Answer and direct phone calls.
• Handle data entry and filing tasks; receive and sort mail daily.
• Issue purchase orders, record, and track deliveries.
• Arrange courier collections and deliveries.
• Order and maintain records for office stationery.
• Monitor and keep records of rental equipment.
• Perform other ad-hoc assignments as needed.
Requirement:
• Minimum 'O' Levels or Diploma in any discipline.
• Able to work in a fast paced environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Possess a positive work attitude and a willingness to learn.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and demonstrates good communication skills.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Team player with initiative.
