Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day administrative support
- Manage an extensive and detailed calendar of meetings and appointments
- Assist with travel arrangements, which includes the preparation of a detailed travel itinerary
- Handle correspondence through emails, phone calls and other communication channels
Requirements:
- Prior secretarial or Personal Assistant experience will be useful, but not necessary
- Excellent command of written and spoken English
- Good interpersonal skills; dynamic and strong team player
- Enjoys dealing with many people
- Ability to perform well independently with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment
- Good organizational skills
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
