Job Description & Requirements
The candidate should be responsible for raw material preparation, sauce making preparation and coordination with supplier and customers, partial cooking process to fulfill customer and outlets needs in finished products.
The role requires candidate to:
- Be able to reach and speak bilingually
- Possess good communication skills in email, phone, face to face negotiation skills
- Familiar with Chinese cuisine taste.
- Familiar with Sichuan ingredients.
- Know the timing of cooking the meat sauce (like chili sauce).
- Following all production frameworks to accomplish tasks in time.
- Work shit is required as orders and time of D.O. may differ from time to time.
- Coordinate and make arrangement internally so to fulfill internal needs of staffs
