  2. Appointment Scheduling: Managing appointment calendars for healthcare providers and assisting with patient follow-ups.
  3. Medical Record Management: Maintaining accurate patient records, including filing, updating, and ensuring confidentiality.
  4. Patient Communication: Answering phone calls, responding to patient inquiries, and relaying messages between patients and healthcare staff.
  5. Assisting with Procedures: Helping healthcare providers during examinations and minor procedures as needed.
  6. Medical Supply Management: Ensuring the clinic is stocked with necessary supplies and equipment, including ordering when needed.
  7. Billing Support: Assisting with billing processes, including collecting co-pays and processing insurance claims.
  8. Laboratory Sample Management: Preparing and handling laboratory samples, ensuring proper labeling and transport.
  9. Hygiene and Safety Compliance: Maintaining cleanliness and following infection control protocols within the clinic.
  10. Patient Education: Providing basic information to patients about procedures, medications, and health practices as directed by healthcare professionals.
