Job Description: Logistics Executive

Work Location:Singapore

Reporting Structure:Direct report to Group SCM Head; functionally reports to Logistics Manager who are based in Durapower-Suzhou.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Review logistics and product information, develop logistics plans, and select transport modes.
• Prepare customs documents and coordinate with customs for smooth clearance.
• Analyse logistics costs, optimize channels, and manage carrier relationships.
• Manage warehouse operations, ensure accurate inventory, and track shipment progress.
• Address logistics issues promptly to enhance customer satisfaction.
• Analyse logistics efficiency and recommend improvements.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma in Logistics Management, or related fields
• Minimum of 3-5 years in international logistics. Experience with batteries and related goods is a plus but not a must.
• Proficient in ERP systems and office software. Good communication and coordination skills. Familiarity with international trade terms and logistics policies, particularly for battery transport, is advantageous.
• Bilingual in both Mandarin and English to liaise with Durapower-Suzhou colleagues
