Roles & Responsibilities
- Recruitment & Onboarding: Manage full-cycle recruitment and support smooth employee integration.
- Employee Relations: Address concerns, mediate issues, and foster a positive work environment.
- Performance Management: Support goal-setting, appraisals, and track employee progress.
- Policy Compliance: Ensure policies are up-to-date with current legislation and best practices.
- Engagement & Wellness: Organize activities to enhance job satisfaction and promote work-life balance.
Requirements
- Diploma or higher in Human Resources or related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of HR experience, ideally within construction or related fields.
- Familiarity with the Employment Act and HR compliance standards.
- Strong organizational and communication skills; comfortable in both office and field environments.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.
