Job Description

Are you ready to make a real difference? Join us as an HR Executive, where you’ll be at the heart of our people operations, supporting our team and enhancing the employee experience. From recruitment and onboarding to employee engagement and policy compliance, this role lets you develop HR expertise and create a positive impact in our organization.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Recruitment & Onboarding: Manage full-cycle recruitment and support smooth employee integration.
  • Employee Relations: Address concerns, mediate issues, and foster a positive work environment.
  • Performance Management: Support goal-setting, appraisals, and track employee progress.
  • Policy Compliance: Ensure policies are up-to-date with current legislation and best practices.
  • Engagement & Wellness: Organize activities to enhance job satisfaction and promote work-life balance.

Requirements

  • Diploma or higher in Human Resources or related field.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of HR experience, ideally within construction or related fields.
  • Familiarity with the Employment Act and HR compliance standards.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills; comfortable in both office and field environments.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.

Additional Information

  • Location: Paya Lebar, Singapore
  • Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:30 am to 5:30 pm
  • Immediate Start
