We are looking for a Customer Service Executive to our office in Singapore, who can work independently as well as in a team.
As Customer Service Executive, you will have an outgoing and driving role with a broad interface both within the company as well as with customers and suppliers. Your most important task will be to work with domestic and overseas clients including the global organization and provide excellent service for all shipments assigned to you.
The job:
- Manage shipping documentation formalities
- Ensure proper and timely billing / closing of all job files.
- Coordinate day to day operations and transactions for freight forwarding and other related activities
- Manage data entries in-house system
- Coordinate with various suppliers.
- Provide rate to interco whenever neccessary
- Assist for rate sourcing with various carriers whenever necessary

- Have minimum 5 years’ experience in freight forwarding or Logistics Industry
- Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Pleasant personality and a good team player
- Proficient in MS Office
- Ability to work independently
- DGR trained and OOG Cargo experience will be an advantage
To be successful you will have a proven track record and genuine freight forwarding experience as this is essential to the role.
