Reservations Officer

Hotel Grand Central Limited

Job Description:

  1. Handling customer enquiries about product or services offered at Hotel.
  2. Receive reservation request via email / telephone inquiries and enter into booking system.
  3. Processing payment and sending confirmation details to customers.
  4. Providing support to customers who may need to amend or cancel a reservation.
  5. Works closely with Front Office and Sales Department.
  6. Any other task as assigned by the manager.

Requirements:

  1. Data entry experience.
  2. Proficient in microsoft office.
  3. Team player.
  4. Able to work independently.
