Job Description:
- Handling customer enquiries about product or services offered at Hotel.
- Receive reservation request via email / telephone inquiries and enter into booking system.
- Processing payment and sending confirmation details to customers.
- Providing support to customers who may need to amend or cancel a reservation.
- Works closely with Front Office and Sales Department.
- Any other task as assigned by the manager.
Requirements:
- Data entry experience.
- Proficient in microsoft office.
- Team player.
- Able to work independently.
