  • Strategic Sourcing: Develop and implement sourcing strategies for IT products and services to optimize costs and meet organizational needs.
  • Vendor Management: Identify, evaluate, and manage relationships with suppliers and vendors, ensuring quality, reliability, and compliance with service-level agreements.
  • Contract Negotiation: Negotiate contracts with suppliers to secure favorable terms and conditions, ensuring alignment with business objectives and budgetary constraints.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct market research and analysis to stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and pricing strategies.
  • Budget Management: Collaborate with finance and IT departments to manage procurement budgets, monitor expenditures, and identify cost-saving opportunities.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with IT, finance, and other departments to understand procurement needs and ensure alignment with overall business strategies.
  • Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure procurement processes comply with internal policies and external regulations, identifying and mitigating risks associated with vendor relationships.
  • Inventory Management: Oversee the inventory of IT assets, ensuring optimal levels and timely replenishment while minimizing waste and obsolescence.
  • Performance Metrics: Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for procurement activities, analyzing data to drive continuous improvement.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and mentor the procurement team, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and professional development.

Requirements:

  • Possess a degree in any discipline
  • Minimum 3 years’ of experience in sourcing and procurement
