Job Description:
- Ensure the accurate inputting/posting of accounting transactions on a day-to-day basis
- Prepare accounts schedules and workings for client use and audit purposes
- Prepare deliverables (management accounts / financial statements) for senior associate's review on a timely basis
- Prepare quarterly GST reports on a timely basis
- Review the payment vouchers prepared by Admin Assistants for payment administration services
- Complete any adhoc duty as assigned, example filling survey form or extract historical information as requested by client.
- Assist the senior associate to attend auditor's requests and ensure that the appropriate documents are prepared
Requirements:
- Degree/Diploma in accountancy / ACCA equivalent / LCCI
- Have at least 2 years of working experience
