The Social Media Executive will support the execution of Ask & Embla's social media strategies, helping grow our brand presence across platforms while engaging with our community and driving meaningful results.
What You'll Do:
- Assist in the execution of social media strategies that align with overall business goals.
- Support content creation efforts by collaborating with content creators, designers, and copywriters.
- Assist in brainstorming and creating engaging content, including posts, images, and short videos, to align with brand identity and campaign goals.
- Manage the daily posting and scheduling of social media content across platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, etc.).
- Monitor social media channels for engagement opportunities and respond to customer inquiries or comments in a timely manner.
- Stay updated on social media trends and changes, ensuring the brand remains competitive and relevant on social platforms.
- Track, measure, and report on key social media performance metrics, including growth, engagement, and conversions.
- Conduct regular research to stay informed on industry trends and audience preferences.
- Collaborate with other teams, such as marketing, merchandising, and customer service, to maintain consistent branding and messaging across platforms.
Who You Are:
- 1-2 years of experience in social media management, content creation, or a similar role. Fresh grads with exceptional background are welcome to apply!
- Familiarity with major social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, etc.) and their latest features and updates.
- A strong passion for content creation and community engagement.
- Basic knowledge of social media analytics tools and performance metrics (e.g., engagement rates, reach, and impressions).
- Hands-on experience in scheduling and managing social content across multiple platforms.
- Excellent communication and copywriting skills, with the ability to tailor messages to different audiences.
- Creativity, attention to detail, and a strong sense of trends and aesthetics.
- Ability to collaborate with internal teams and external content creators.
