The Marketing Operations Coordinator will manage the operational processes and systems that drive the marketing team’s success. This includes campaign execution, ensuring smooth workflows, marketing automation, and helping coordinate cross-functional projects. You’ll be responsible for streamlining the marketing process and ensuring that all campaigns are delivered effectively and on time.
What You'll Do:
- Manage the operational logistics of marketing campaigns, from planning to execution and post-campaign analysis
- Develop and optimize marketing workflows, ensuring efficient processes across the team
- Maintain and manage marketing automation tools, including email campaigns, customer segmentation, and A/B testing
- Collaborate with marketing team members (social media, paid performance, retention) to ensure timely execution of campaigns
- Track campaign deliverables, timelines, and budgets to ensure all initiatives run smoothly
- Assist with content coordination, asset management, and ensuring brand consistency across all platforms
- Work with external vendors and internal teams to support the technical needs of marketing efforts
- Analyze operational inefficiencies and suggest improvements to streamline processes
- Manage marketing databases, ensuring data integrity and GDPR compliance
Who You Are:
- 2+ years of experience in marketing operations, project management, or a related role
- Familiarity with marketing automation tools (HubSpot, Marketo, Klaviyo) and CRM systems
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency in project management tools (Trello, Asana, or similar)
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally with both internal teams and external vendors
- Based in Singapore and available for on-site work in Kallang
Preferred, but not Required:
- Experience in e-commerce or with a consumer brand
- Basic knowledge of data privacy regulations (GDPR, PDPA)
- Understanding of digital marketing metrics (CTR, ROI, CAC)
