-Reporting directly to the manager and fulfilling the Manager's duties in their absence.
-Being well-versed in internal operations.
-Taking minutes at meetings.
-Forwarding and distributing mail as required.
-Preparing and filing relevant documents.
-Supporting managers in devising plans in order to improve business performance.
-Monitoring various operational aspects.
-Collaborating with the logistics office.
-Assigning tasks to employees and hiring new staff.
-Providing training, instruction, and guidance to subordinate employees to ensure their knowledge of company products, fabrication and assembly methods, management skills, and the effective use of accepted work processes and standards.
