Job Summary: The Event Executive will be responsible for overseeing and executing all operational aspects of Mummy's Market events in Singapore. This role requires a blend of strategic planning, hands-on management, and the ability to deliver exceptional customer experiences.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in pre-planning, set-up/teardown and onsite management for events.
  • Provides administrative support for operations
  • Ensure proper documentation, maintain / update records accordingly
  • Responsible for accurate listing of deals for e-commerce website and backend POS system
  • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders
  • Conducting periodic audits for operational matters
  • Other ad-hoc tasks as assigned from time to time

Requirements:

  • Good written and oral communication skills
  • Well organized and attention to details
  • Ability to multitask
  • Good team player
  • Savvy with Microsoft Excel will be an added advantage
  • Candidates without experience are welcomed to apply as training will be provided
  • Other ad-hoc tasks as assigned from time to time

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with baby/parenting events or trade shows
